Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A disturbance call was received at an address on Talbot Trail in Blenheim.
Police arrived and found a man and woman involved in a verbal argument.
The man was on a release not to attend the address from a previous incident.
The man was arrested and transported to Chatham-Kent Headquarters where he was held for bail.
