Rollover crash in St. Clair Township leads to charges

OPP officials allege: One individual is charged after a single vehicle collision in St. Clair Township.

On July 31, 2024, at approximately 12: 26 p.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a single vehicle collision on Kimball Road, South of Petrolia Line, St. Clair Township.

The investigation revealed that a Northbound vehicle lost control, resulting in the vehicle rolling over and coming to a stop on private property.

There were no injuries reported to the lone occupant of the vehicle and at this time the damage estimate in unknown.

As a result of the investigation, a 48-year-old of Chatham is charged under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA) with:

– Careless driving
