Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 8:30 p.m., police responded to William Street in Chatham to investigate suspicious activity.
Upon arrival officers located the man and confirmed he was wanted on a warrant held by Middlesex Ontario Provincial Police in relation to a break and enter investigation.
The 55-year-old Chatham man was arrested and released to the OPP.
