Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 12:09 p.m., police responded to a disturbance on O’Neill Line in Morpeth.
Officers learned a verbal altercation between the woman and the man escalated when the woman pushed the man.
The 64-year-old Chatham-Kent woman was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where she was released with conditions and a future court date of October 1, 2024.
She has been charged with assault.
