Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On September 6, 2024, at approximately 9 a.m. a 45-year-old Chatham woman breached her bail release with conditions, one being a non-association condition.
Investigation revealed that the woman breached the non- association condition with the man in her presence, and was arrested accordingly, transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and lodged for a bail hearing.
Also, on September 6, 2024, at approximately 9 a.m. a 67-year-old Chatham man was arrested for facilitating the breach of bail conditions for the above listed incident.
He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and later released from custody with a future court date to answer to the charge.
