Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Police received complaints yesterday of drivers not obeying Road Closure Signs in Wheatley.
Drivers are reminded that where signs or traffic control devices have been posted, failure to obey these signs or devices can cost you $110 under the Highway Traffic Act, Section 134(3).
If a road is closed, or congested with construction, find another way.
