Lambton OPP officials allege: On September 10, 2024, just before 1 p.m., members of the Lambton and Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Township of Warwick Fire and Rescue, and Lambton County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision on Egremont Road, Warwick Township
One individual was transported by EMS to local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The other driver did not sustain any injuries.
The driver that was transported to hospital with life threatening injuries has since died as a result of injuries sustained in the collision.
Egremont Road, between Wisbeach Road and Sexton Road was closed for several hours but has since reopened. The investigation remains ongoing.
