Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On September 26, 2024, at 7:57 p.m. emergency crews responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a car and a pedestrian on Grand Avenue West, near Woods Street, in Chatham.
The pedestrian, a 47-year-old Chatham-Kent man, was transported to hospital by EMS, where his injuries were determined to be life-threatening. He was subsequently air-lifted by Ornge Air Ambulance to a Windsor hospital for further medical treatment.
