Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: The Chatham-Kent Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying this person in an investigation that occurred at 7/11 on Grand Avenue in Chatham this morning at approximately 7 a.m.
The person was wearing an orange jacket and blue cap.
