Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Between 2021 and 2022, a 37-year-old Windsor, ON man was charged with multiple offences that occurred within the Municipality of Chatham-Kent during this time period.
These offences include Publication of an Intimate Image Without Consent (two counts), Voyeurism (two counts), Sexual Assault, and Fail to Attend Court.
In March of 2024, a warrant was submitted for the arrest of this man after he again failed to attend court in relation to these charges.
At approximately 8:12 p.m. on October 18, 2024, members of the Windsor Police Service located the man in their jurisdiction and arrested him on the strength of this warrant.
The man was ultimately transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters, where he was held in custody pending a show cause bail hearing.
The man was also charged with an additional count of Fail to Attend Court.
