Lambton OPP officials allege: On October 21, 2024, shorty after 12:30 p.m., members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting traffic enforcement on Kimball Road in St. Clair Township.
The officers observed a vehicle travelling at what appeared to be a high rate of speed, to which a traffic stop was initiated.
As a result of the investigation, a 51-year-old of Sarnia, was charged under the Highway Traffic Act with the following offence:
– Drive Motor Vehicle – Perform Stunt – Excessive Speed
The driver was further issued a 30-day driver’s licence suspension, and the motor vehicle has been impounded for a period of 14 days.
