Mrs. Nancy Margaret Mary Normandin, passed away peacefully, on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at the Meadow Park Nursing Home, in Chatham, at the age of 73 years.
She was born in Chatham and raised in Wallaceburg and was a daughter of the late Leo and Jeanette (Giasson) Normandin.
Loving mother of Tara, Cindy and Steven (Elisha). Loving grandmother of Joslyn (Joshua), Cassidy (Russell), Zavery, Jayna, Alexander, Brodie, Jordann, and James. Dear great grandmother of Kallum, Ezra, Rozalee, Aria, Elijah, Nessah and Oliver.
Beloved and dear friend of Diane Sawchuk and godmother of Johnny Sawchuk.
She was predeceased by her sister Jean (the late Mickie).
She is survived by her aunt Marion and Jean‘s children.
The late Nancy Normandin is resting at the Eric F Nicholls Funeral Home, 639 Elgin St. in Wallaceburg 519-627-2861.
Family and friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday, October 25, 2024 from 4 to 7 pm.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday October 26, 2024 at 11 am from Holy Family Church and the interment will take place in Riverview cemetery.
An expression of sympathy donations to the Ronald McDonald House or the Alzheimer’s association maybe left at the funeral home.
