Holy Family Church holding ‘Trunk or Treat’ event on November 1 in Wallaceburg

Holy Family Church will host a “Trunk or Treat” event on Friday, November 1, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the church parking lot.

The community is invited to participate in this safe and festive Halloween celebration.

A Trunk or Treat offers a unique twist on traditional trick-or-treating, allowing families to collect candy from a lineup of decorated cars.

Participants are encouraged to decorate their vehicles creatively, creating a festive atmosphere for children to enjoy. The event is designed to provide a safe space for trick-or-treating, with no moving cars allowed in the designated area.

Organizers are seeking trunkers—adults and families willing to decorate their cars and distribute candy.

Interested participants can sign up by contacting Jacqueline at jrowe@dol.ca or by calling 519-466-0593.

Treaters of all ages are welcome, and prizes will be awarded for the best costumes. Costumes of all kinds are encouraged, from Mother Teresa to Paw Patrol, inviting creativity and fun.
