Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On October 29, 2024 at approximately 1 p.m., a man known to police was observed to be walking down the street in the area of Raleigh Street in Chatham and it was believed that the man was the subject of an outstanding arrest warrant.
It was confirmed that the 57-year-old Chatham man was wanted for the offences of theft and possession under.
The man was arrested without incident and transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters for processing.
The man was later released on an Undertaking with a future court date.
