Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: While attending to a disturbance call last night, a 45-year-old Chatham woman was in her vehicle and suspected to be impaired by an alcohol and drug combination.
She was arrested, and charged.
The results of the breath tests were in excess of the legal limit of 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood.
She was later released from custody with a future court date to answer to the charge.
