Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On November 5, 2024, just after 2 p.m., a 17-year-old man was arrested for causing a disturbance at the Chatham Courthouse.
Since the male was also on house arrest, he was charged with failing to comply with his release order and was held for a bail hearing.
