Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 8:15 a.m. on November 21, 2024 a vehicle was observed on Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg with a man believed to be unlicensed.
A traffic stop was conducted and a 35-year-old Walpole Island man found to be operating a vehicle while suspended and prohibited.
The driver was issued three summonses.
Two for drive suspended and one for drive disqualified.
The vehicle being driven was towed and impounded for 45 days.
