Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On January 2, 2025, at approximately 12:59 a.m., an officer on general patrol in Wallaceburg conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle being operated by a female driver.
After identifying the driver, a query of the woman by police dispatch revealed she was breaching an Undertaking condition prohibiting her from being outside of her residence without lawful excuse between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
The 43-year-old Wallaceburg woman was subsequently arrested and charged with Fail to Comply with Undertaking.
She was released a short time later on an Appearance Notice with a future court date.
