The 38th All-Ontario Farmers Curling Bonspiel is set to take place from Jan. 17 to 20 at the Sydenham Community Curling Club (SCCC).
Farmers from across Ontario will compete for the top prize of $3,000.
The bonspiel features 28 teams enjoying curling, entertainment, great food, and fun.
Generous sponsors have donated seeds, promotional items, cash, and other farm inputs, contributing to a total prize board exceeding $19,000.
Leading the pack is Waddick Fuels, sponsoring the $3,000 first-place prize.
The defending champions, the Blenheim team led by John Young, will be returning to defend their title.
Friday night’s entertainment will be headlined by Mike Gallant.
Saturday night features a comedy and hypnosis show by Frazer Fraze, making a return after several years.
The curling action begins early Friday morning and includes a guaranteed four games per team.

Adding a unique twist to the event are tractor races, featuring five tractors of various colors and makes, right in the club.
The door prize table features over $5,000 worth of prizes up for grabs.
The event is organized by a dedicated committee led by Jerry Meyskens and supported by countless SCCC volunteers.
