Robbery charges, failing to attend court & conditions breaches across Chatham-Kent

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On February 4, 2025, during a well-being check at Queen Street in Chatham, a 41-year-old Chatham-Kent woman was located by the Chatham-Kent Police Service for an outstanding endorsed warrant. She is currently facing the following charges: fraud under $5,000, possession of stolen property, and failing to attend court. Subsequently, she was arrested and released with conditions.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On February 4, 2025, a 27-year-old Chatham-Kent woman was arrested on Lowe Street in Wallaceburg for various outstanding warrants, including five counts of failure to attend court, three counts of theft and possession under $5000, one count of failing to attend court, and one count of failing to comply. She is currently being held for bail.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On February 4, 2025, the Chatham-Kent Police Service arrested a 29-year-old Chatham man for an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court. He was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters and was released with conditions and a future court date of February 5, 2025.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 42-year-old Thamesville man attended the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters on February 4, 2025, to sign in as per his release conditions. It was determined that he had an outstanding endorsed warrant for failing to comply with his release order. He was arrested and released with a future court date of March 24, 2025.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On February 4, 2025, a 27-year-old Comber man, who is the accused in a prior robbery investigation, was located and arrested by the Chatham-Kent Police Service. He is currently facing the following charges: robbery with intent, utter threats, possession for the purpose of trafficking, and mischief under $5000. Subsequently, he is being held for bail.
