Some health care services offered at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance’s Chatham and Wallaceburg sites will be altered on Monday, February 17, 2025, in recognition of the Family Day holiday.
Hospital officials say during the statutory holiday, some outpatient diagnostic tests will take place.
Patients with scheduled diagnostic tests are advised to attend their appointments.
These departments will also be staffed to meet the needs of inpatients and emergencies.
Ambulatory Care Services, Outpatient Rehabilitation Services, Pre-Surgical Screening Services, Diabetes Education Centre, the TIA and CAD Clinics, Pulmonary Function Lab, Outpatient Lab Services, Health Records and Patient Appointment Offices will be closed on Monday, February 17, 2025.
The Chatham-Kent Mental Health and Addictions Program Outpatient Department will be closed on Monday, February 17, 2025.
The Rapid Access to Addiction Medicine clinic will be closed on Monday, February 17, 2025.

Elston Pharmacy, located at the Chatham Site, will be closed on Monday, February 17, 2025.
The Oncology/Chemotherapy Department will be closed on Monday, February 17, 2025.
The Business Office and Cashier’s Office will be closed on Monday, February 17, 2025. Please note there are two bill changers in the building to accommodate change for coins.
Hemodialysis Care will be open on Monday, February 17, 2025.
The Emergency Departments at the Chatham and Wallaceburg sites will remain open 24 hours daily.
