Our first ever EOTM goes to this guy right here. There’s a lot of people we owe thanks to for helping with the transition but honestly, we probably don’t get to today without him.
He’s our bread baker, our salad maker, our order taker and our early morning waker. His day starts at 6, he walks to us each shift. He does every job the Deli requires and we’ve never heard him complain. Once.
Beyond that, he’s smart, funny, and has dreams for him and the Deli.
We’re very thankful to be a part of your journey and we appreciate all you’ve done for us.
