DeEtta Marie Salisbury of Chatham and formerly of Wallaceburg passed away in Chatham on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at the age of 58. DeEtta is the daughter of the late James Richard & Jessie Luella (Foster) Salisbury. Much loved sister of Sherry Lucier (Mike), Richard (Dayna) and David (Michelle). Dearest aunt of Shaun, Jeff (Mandy), Tim, Russell (Elyse), Shane (Alexis), Curtis, Nathan (Alicia) and Jason (Darren). She will be missed by her many great nieces & nephews and aunts and uncles.
DeEtta was a proud Canadian who was very involved with and volunteered at the Royal Canadian Legion and the Salvation Army where she was often seen at the kettles around Christmas time. DeEtta loved country music and sports, especially the Detroit Lions and the Toronto Blue Jays. She could always be seen out & about in a sports jersey riding on her scooter with her little dog Timbit. Private family arrangements have been entrusted to the Haycock-Cavanagh Funeral Home, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg (519-627-3231).
Interment in Riverview Cemetery at a later date.
