Chatham-Kent’s film industry is gaining momentum, and local filmmakers are leading the charge with the premiere of their debut feature film, Either Way.
This exciting new horror-thriller, set to premiere on May 10th, 2025, is the product of Together House, a local production team eager to showcase their talent and put Chatham-Kent on the map as a hub for independent filmmaking.
Either Way follows the story of Anthony, a young woman who begins to unravel a disturbing plot that leads her to uncover a tragic truth about her past.
The film features a talented cast, including Cora Hubbert, Sarah Dube, Gabriel Macdonald, Jeremy Turton, Courtney Dube, Melissa Kleinjan, and Tim McFadden. The production is helmed by director Cameron Dube, with Megan Pidgeon, Kyle Colbers, and Andy Coutts forming the core production team behind the scenes.
“We set out to explore themes of betrayal, loneliness, and consequence in a thrilling and satisfying mystery—one that is brought to life by the unwavering dedication of our crew. I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve created.,” said Cameron Dube, the film’s director, in a media release.
“This movie is a reflection of the incredible talent we have in Chatham-Kent, and we hope it’s just the beginning of many more films to come from Together House.”
The premiere will be held at Studio One, located at 75 William St N, Chatham-Kent, ON N7M 4L4.
There will be two showtimes: the first at 1:30 p.m. and the second at 5:30 p.m.
Tickets for the event are priced at $20 each, but space is limited, so attendees are encouraged to secure their tickets as soon as possible.
