OPP officials allege: On April 13, 2025, just before 2 p.m., a member of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on general patrol on Kimball Road when they observed a vehicle travelling at what appeared to be a high rate of speed.
A traffic stop was initiated on Courtright Line, west of Kimball Road.
As a result of the investigation, a 30-year-old of Sarnia was charged under the Highway Traffic Act and the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act with the following offences:
– Driving while under suspension (two counts)
– Speeding 1 – 49 km/h over posted limit
– Fail to have insurance card
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Provincial Offences Court – Sarnia, at a later date.
