Chatham-Kent Fire & Rescue officials say crews from Station #9 – Bothwell responded to the Leaf & Yard Depot on Macewan Street in Bothwell for a brush fire.
The department was working with the municipal waste management department to bring in an excavator to assist with fire operations.
Officials stated the fire is now out and the crews have cleared the scene.
