Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On April 29, 2025, at approximately 7:45 hours, the Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to a report of a Break and Enter at a commercial business on Baseline Road in Wallaceburg.
The complainant observed a male suspect on video surveillance entering the premises. The individual was seen wearing a hoodie and carrying a backpack, during which he placed several items inside. The video footage also confirmed the suspect’s identity.
On April 30, 2025, at 14:32 hours, police observed the 34-year-old Wallaceburg man leaving a residence on Agnes Street in Wallaceburg and subsequently arrested him.
He was transported to police headquarters and held a bail hearing pending.
He is currently facing the following charges: Breaking and Entering; Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 and Failure to Comply with an Undertaking.
