Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 65-year-old Wallaceburg man was arrested on May 5 by Chatham-Kent police on unendorsed warrants for failing to appear in court.
The original charges stem from an incident on June 24, 2024, in which the man allegedly threatened a neighbour and tampered with the water supply at a Wallaceburg residence.
He was charged with uttering threats and mischief.
He is currently being held for bail.
