With the heaviest of hearts we announce that Darlene Joyce-Ann Gordon left us to be reunited with her beloved husband of 40 years Chip Gordon (2012).
She will live on in the hearts of her children Heather Gordon and Don Gordon (Melanie).
Darlene was a cherished and devoted grandmother to Ruby (Jessy), Janey and Lara.
Daughter of the late Lee and Lila Hofmann and dear sister of Garry Hofmann (Tom) and the late Wayne Hofmann (Judy, surviving).
Many from the community will remember Darlene from her years working at the Real Canadian Super Store before she retired 10 years ago.
She will be extremely missed by her many colleagues and friends especially, Cheryl and Marilyn.
Family and Friends are invited for visitation at the Haycock-Cavanagh Funeral Home, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg (519-627-3231), on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8pm.
Her Funeral Mass of the Resurrection will be held at Our Lady Help of Christians Church on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 11am.
Following Mass Darlene will be laid to rest at Riverview Cemetery beside Chip.
