OPP officials allege: Driver charged following a two-vehicle collision in Warwick Township.
On May 16, 2025, just after 2:00 p.m., members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a collision at the intersection of Forest Road and London Line, Warwick Township.
One of the drivers was transported to hospital by Lambton Emergency Medical Services with non-life-threatening injuries. The other driver was uninjured.
As a result of the investigation, a 54-year-old of Petrolia was charged under the Highway Traffic Act with the following offence: Start from stopped position – not in safety.
