Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 29-year-old Tilbury man is facing charges after Chatham-Kent police say he was caught driving while disqualified.
On July 21, 2025, officers received an Automated Licence Plate Recognition alert in the Mill Street area of Tilbury. Police located the vehicle and confirmed the driver was suspended.
The man was arrested and charged with driving while disqualified. He was released with a court date of August 9, 2025. The vehicle was impounded for 45 days.
