Yoga has become a Saturday staple at the Wallaceburg Adult Activity Centre, where community members of all ages and abilities are invited to stretch, breathe and connect in a welcoming environment.
Chair yoga begins at 10 a.m., followed by hatha yoga at 11:15. Each class runs for an hour, offering affordable access to movement and mindfulness with a $3 fee for members and $5 for non-members.
Instructor Beth guides the sessions with experience and encouragement, creating a supportive space for participants regardless of their skill level. Organizers say the weekly program is helping build a sense of routine and belonging while promoting physical and mental wellness.
