Chatham-Kent Crime Stoppers officials allege: Police are investigating a break and enter in Wallaceburg that saw nearly $39,000 worth of property stolen while the homeowner was asleep.
Investigators say the incident happened in the early morning of Aug. 15 at a home on James Street. Items taken included a television, camera and the homeowner’s 2024 red Chevrolet Malibu. The vehicle has since been recovered.
