Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: The Chatham-Kent Police Service is asking for the public’s help to identify a man in connection with a fraud incident that took place on August 7, 2025, at a retail store on Queen Street in Chatham.
Police said the man is described as being in his early to mid-40s with a goatee, gaunt features and slicked-back hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black Crooks and Castles t-shirt with an AR graphic underneath and camouflage shorts.
