Christ the King in Wallaceburg & other St. Clair Catholic schools to mark Franco-Ontarian Day

St. Clair Catholic French immersion schools will join communities across Ontario in celebrating Franco-Ontarian Day on Sept. 25.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the green and white Franco-Ontarian flag. Flag-raising ceremonies are planned at Christ the King in Wallaceburg, Monsignor Uyen in Chatham, St. Anne in Blenheim, and Gregory A. Hogan in Sarnia.

Students and staff are encouraged to wear green and white, with activities highlighting the history and culture of Ontario’s French-speaking community.
