Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A Harwich Township woman is facing charges after police say she breached her release conditions.
Police say officers were called by a monitoring service on September 25 around 11 p.m. after a 37-year-old woman was suspected of failing to comply with her release order. Officers learned she had not been residing at her approved address.
The woman was later located and arrested. She was charged with failing to comply with a release order and remains in custody pending a bail hearing.
