Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 32-year-old Chatham man was arrested after police responded to a complaint about an unwanted person on Grand Avenue West early Sunday.
Police said the man struck a cruiser with his fist during the interaction, causing minor scratches.
He was charged with mischief under $5,000 and released with a Dec. 23 court date.
