Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 33-year-old Chatham man was arrested after police were called to a King Street West business Sunday morning to investigate broken windows.
Police said an employee found the business’s front windows and door shattered shortly after opening.
Surveillance footage identified a suspect, who was also found to be breaching a probation order.
He was arrested on Wellington Street and remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
