Chatham-Kent residents are being invited to provide feedback on public utility commission governance through an online public engagement initiative.
The municipality is seeking community input on governance matters that affect local residents, including proposed governance changes, alternative governance models and the long-term impacts on public utility oversight and accountability. Feedback can be shared through the Let’s Talk Chatham-Kent website.
In addition to the online engagement, residents will have an opportunity to participate in an in-person public engagement session scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 7, from 5 to 6 p.m. The session will be held in the atrium at the Chatham-Kent Civic Centre.
More information and the opportunity to provide feedback are available at letstalkchatham-kent.ca/puc.
