Following strong community support and favourable winter conditions last weekend, organizers are bringing back the Snowmobile River Run for a special Valentine’s Day edition.
The event will see snowmobilers travel from Branch 18 in Wallaceburg to Branch 113 in Dresden before returning to Wallaceburg. Registration begins at 10 a.m., with riders expected to be back by 3 p.m. A winner announcement is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
Organizers say the day will continue with an evening of entertainment along the Sydenham River. Ron Barnier is set to perform live in the club room, with popular draws and games planned throughout the event.
Participants are encouraged to bring friends, partners and their snowmobiles for what organizers hope will be another successful day on the river and an enjoyable night back at Branch 18.
