Woman arrested on outstanding warrants after disturbance call

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 40-year-old woman from Chatham was arrested on multiple outstanding warrants after police responded to a disturbance at a residence on Princess Street North on Feb. 13, 2026.

Officers attended at about 5:48 p.m. and spoke with people inside the home. During the investigation, police determined one individual was wanted on several warrants, including fail to attend court, uttering threats, break and enter, assault and mischief under $5,000.

The woman was taken to police headquarters and later released with a court date of Feb. 25, 2026.
