A local support program for families with young children will be open later this week, offering essential baby supplies to those in need.
Mom’s Baby Cupboard will operate on Thursday, April 9 at St. James Church, located at 719 James St., in Steinhoff Hall from 10 a.m. to noon.
Organizers say a range of basic necessities will be available during the session.
“We will have the essentials like formula, diapers, wipes and a few clothing items,” the group said in a statement.
The program is also seeking community support and is currently accepting donations, including clothing.
“We are now accepting any donations, clothing included. Thank you.”
