OPP officials allege: An individual is facing charges following a traffic stop in St. Clair Township.
On May 30, 2026, shortly before 2:30 a.m., members of the Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting general patrol when they initiated a traffic stop on St. Clair Parkway near Courtright Line.
Police say as a result of the investigation, a 22-year-old of St. Clair Township was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with dangerous operation.
The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sarnia on July 8, 2026.
