Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 41-year-old Chatham man is facing a charge after police allegedly found him at a residence he was prohibited from attending.
According to the Chatham-Kent Police Service, an officer was on general patrol in the area of Kirk Street at about 11:16 a.m. on June 4 when the officer observed a man exiting a residence.
Police determined the man was bound by conditions not to attend the residence.
The man was arrested and charged with failure to comply with an undertaking.
He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and held for a bail hearing.
