OPP officials allege: One individual has been charged following an investigation into an indecent act in Grand Bend.
On July 12, shortly before 5 p.m., members of the Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were dispatched to a report of an indecent act at a local beach.
A 19-year-old Brampton resident was charged under the Criminal Code with committing an indecent act in a public place. The investigation remains ongoing.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sarnia on Aug. 31.
