Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 39-year-old Chatham-Kent man has been arrested after allegedly smashing a window with a metal bar in Wheatley.
Chatham-Kent police say they were dispatched to Talbot Street at approximately 12:26 a.m. on July 17, 2026, following the incident.
The man was arrested for mischief over $5,000, transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters, and released on a Form 10 with a future court date.
