Cathy passed peacefully at Four Counties Hospital on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at the age of 71.
Predeceased by parents Orval and Phyllis Hazlett, Cathy is the sister of Kim Stuart, and the beloved aunt of Jamie and the late Jason.
She will also be missed by her cousins Shawn and Sue Johnson and family, Wray and Tammy Perry and family Darleen and Bill Garraway, Donny and Denise Perry and Donna Haskell (late Ian) and her aunt Grace Perry (late Robert).
Cathy was the cherished friend/extended family of 45 years of Janice Shepley and Debb Shepley.
She will be dearly missed by her dog Meena and her many extended family and friends
Cathy liked to bowl, play golf, and enjoyed camping, and playing cutthroat buck euchre games.
She loved all animals, dogs especially.
Cathy’s family will be remembering her privately.
