Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 45-year-old Chatham woman has been arrested after allegedly punching a man in the face while he was sleeping.
Chatham-Kent police say they were contacted regarding a disturbance at approximately 11:25 p.m. on July 16, 2026. Investigation revealed the woman had struck the man while he slept.
She was arrested for assault, transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters, and released on a Form 10 with a court date of August 25, 2026.
