The Chatham-Kent Public Library has a full slate of children’s programming running at branches across the municipality this week.
On Wednesday, July 22, Family Storytime for ages 0-5 runs at the Blenheim branch at 10:30 a.m., while Mother Goose for babies up to 18 months takes place at the Chatham branch at the same time. The Chatham branch also hosts a paper quill Pokémon craft at 2:30 p.m., requiring registration. Storytime for ages 0-5 runs at the Dresden branch at 10 a.m., Rumple and Friends runs at the Ridgetown branch at 11 a.m., and storytime for ages 0-4 runs at the Wallaceburg branch at 10:30 a.m.
On Thursday, July 23, the Blenheim branch hosts Whisk Butterflies for ages 8 and up at 1:30 p.m., with registration required. The Chatham branch offers a morning storytime at 10 a.m. and a repeat of the paper quill Pokémon craft at 2:30 p.m. The Dresden branch runs Thursday for Thinkers from 2 to 7 p.m., Merlin branch hosts Messy Thursday from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., and Tilbury branch offers storytime at 10 a.m. and LEGO Club from noon to 8 p.m. Wallaceburg branch hosts DIY tote bag decorating for ages 6 and up at 2:30 p.m., with registration required.
On Friday, July 24, the Dresden branch hosts Pop Bottle Rockets for ages 5 and up at 11 a.m., with registration required, while the Ridgetown branch offers storytime for ages 0-4 at 10:30 a.m.
On Saturday, July 25, the Wheatley branch runs LEGO Club at 10 a.m.
