He will be remembered as a dear Father and Step-Father to Ian Blackwell (Deb), the late John Blackwell, Mark Prydden (Janet), Sharon Houle (Ken), the late Nicola Demers (Steve Surviving) and Marlene’s son Chris Knox (Karen). Frank was known as a kind, fun-loving man. He was always willing to help anyone in need, and never turned down the opportunity for a new adventure. Frank’s laid-back, friendly personality made him easy to love by all. An avid fan of Wrexham FC, Frank will surely will be continuing to cheer them on loudly from the best seat in the house.
